2022/2023 Tuition & Fees

Application & Screening Fee

This non-refundable payment is due with the completed Program Application.

Monthly Tuition

[$1,685.00]

Tuition is paid in monthly installments beginning October 1st and continuing through May 1st. Tuition is due on or before the 1st school day of each month. Tuition may be prepaid in advance or paid in monthly installments via check, cash or automatic checking/savings account withdrawal payments.

Materials Fee*

[$200.00]

This payment accounts for student curricular materials and for student supplies.

Activity Fee*

[$65.00]

This payment accounts for special activities, events, visitors, and in-class field trips.

New Family Registration Fee*

[$275.00]

This one-time payment applies to new families only. Families with alumni siblings (meaning siblings who previously attended and graduated from Pacific Shores) are exempt from this fee.

Security Deposit

  • ALUMNI FAMILIES: $3,835.00
  • NEW FAMILIES: $4,110.00

Payment of the Security Deposit guarantees student placement in the program and consists of both the first month (September) and the last month (June) tuition payments plus annual fees.


The Activity Fee, Materials Fee and New Family Registration Fee (new families only) are all included in this payment. This fee is non-refundable and is due with the Registration Packet upon acceptance to the program.


Annual Tuition Commitment

The annual tuition amount is divided into 10 equal payments, reflecting the duration of our program. 


Tuition is not prorated based on school attendance, unexpected school closures, holidays, etc.
